Mai is doing workout in her room in simple ways to fight the disease.

Mai is currently working in the National Council for the disabled and she is planning to establish the largest centre for the treatment of muscular dystrophy in the Middle East.

Ahmed Sayed 26 years old- graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Department of History. He lives with his mother and sisters as they are the most important supporters for him.

Ahmed mother feeds him before his training.

Ahmed prays in his room before going to the sports club for special needs, as the daily wheelchair table tennis training.

Ahmed upon his arrival to the club, where his sister and neighbor-the taxi driver- help him to sit on the chair. The taxi is the only safe transportation for people with special needs who don't have a private car and it's extremely expensive.

Ahmed has won a medal in wheelchair table tennis, as the best player in Egyptian Cup 2011- class.

Reem Yahya 26 years old- suffered CP (Cerebral Palsy) at birth due to a medical mistake, which affected a little on movement and speech, but didn't cause any mental delay.

Reem is helping her parents as she is responsible with them on her sister-10 years old ,Down's syndrome.

Reem works as a media coordinator in association of children with special needs.

Reem had been finished the school stage at her house then she had completed and graduated from Faculty of Arts- Media department. Currently she's doing a preparing studies to get master's degree in the drama.

Hamada Sayed 28 years old- commerce diploma, Hamada lost his left leg in a train accident in the ninth, it’s a very common accident in Egypt because of overlapping railway lines with pedestrian road.

Hamada played many sport games since the age of 18, such as bodybuilding, boxing, aikido, arm-wrestling, weight lifting, but his main sport is athletics (discus throw, high jump).

Hamada is playing as part of a team from the Electricity Company. Sports is the only source of livelihood for him and many other people with special needs.

Hamada with his friends after winning the championship volleyball for companies and gain third place. Hamada has got many medals and appreciation certificates in many local championships, and aspires to achieve success in internationally in the future.
